The interviews are carried out and recorded via Google Meet. We’ll ask you to share your screen and voice your thoughts as you play with the wallet.
The session is recorded to allow our team to review how users interact with Ambire. We watch recordings to spot what’s working, and what’s not. If we see patterns, stumbling points, or any UX friction, we use those insights to shape what we build next. After that, the recordings are deleted permanently.
